I brought my 89 y o Mom in for an exam and am so very pleased with the great care she received. The Doctor was wonderfully engaging and fun for both of us. Would recommend this practice 10/10 .
I’ve been going to Dr Harris for over 30 years. When my children were in grade school he would look in their eyes and tell them what they ate for lunch (he would look at daily lunch meals that school served). My girls were so impressed I just had my first cataract surgery and Dr Harris did my post op and as always was great experience. Highly recommend !!
We had a frustrating experience here due to a miscommunication about insurance coverage. We called ahead beforehand and were told our insurance would be accepted, but after waiting weeks for the appointment, we arrived and were told otherwise. One of the front desk staff members was kind and trying to help, but another staff member was very dismissive and not very understanding about the situation. The interaction could have been handled with much more empathy and professionalism. The doctor himself was absolutely wonderful and very professional, which is the main reason I am not leaving a lower rating. Our children had previously been seen here earlier this year under different coverage without issues, so the sudden confusion was frustrating and disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but better communication and a little compassion from the front office staff would have made a huge difference.
Dr. Harris and his staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you are informed every step of your visit. They are always open to questions, taking the time to ensure you fully understand what is going on. Dr. Harris correspondence in a timely manner with other Healthcare personnel who need test results. I have been a patient for over 30 years and my experiences have always been positive.
I would very pleased with The Visit.Everybody was friendly professional.And when I had a new girl , danny came over there , and was training her talk , dad was very good and they made a thorough gemination , definitely would recommend it
