The staff is amazing! Everyone seems to enjoy their coworkers and the job that they do. They are all friendly and welcoming, the facility is clean and parking is great. The only issue I had was the wait time and several " registrations" that was required. Could the process be streamlined to do one complete registration? Overall I give the staff a 5 star review!! Great crew, friendly and caring. Kudos to all.
Doctor James, Doctor Coleman and their Staff work really great with Dementia Patience People. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a cataract surgery. My Husband vision has so much approved after he had his cataracts surgery. Thank you Doctor James and Doctor Coleman.
Takes a long time to get through the check in process but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The clinical registration person was especially helpful in finding me a refund due to me. Overall great experience. The two people in the room with the physician at the time of the procedure were a little unprofessional in their conversations.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Doctors are responsive and caring. Front desk is great as well. Overall a great experience with my care . Prescription services, such as refills and orders can be a bit slow, so plan ahead between office to the pharmacy location since prescriptions are ordered and compounded from out of town locations. These were frustrating and needed extra communication, but office staff and doctors are great in supporting problems.Very happy with my care at this location.
The Receptionist. that checked in my brother for his appointment. I believe her name was Rachel. She was very Nice and Friendly. seem to have care and concern about my brother. His appointment was scheduled next month.But I called them , and told Them about my brother's situation. And they got him in right away. He was very pleased With the staff. Thank you , and I will recommend to somebody else
