I like the fact that Dr. Wise is always very kind and willing to explain things so I can understand them. The nurse was also great. I have been going to Dr. Wise for many years, and have always only ever had great experiences with her! I also liked the fact that only one eye prescription changed a little bit this time, which means I didn’t need to look at new glasses.
The atmosphere in the office was amazing. Kind, knowledgeable professionals. I brought a friend with me, from Rochester, IN, she said she enjoyed my visit so much that she is planing to make an appointment with your team, soon.
I appreciated that they worked me in to their schedule. All staff is welcoming, helpful. Dr wise was great. Friendly and informative. My eye issues are better within one day.
Was very pleased with the doctors and staff as they went through all the tests to make sure they went down every avenue to try to bring me some relief with my eye issue. She even went a step beyond and secured me a visit with another specialist just to make sure . I was able to be seen the same day and left feeling such a relief had been lifted because I had been seen by 2 great doctors and now I know that it's something that is going to have to just take time to heal.
Always friendly. Easy check in process. Get you back in a room in a timely manner. Thay take their time with you covering medication and history. Exam was smooth and easy. Would recommend Michiana Eye Center for all your optical needs.
