Excellent care! I had broken my nose pad at work and was unable to get into my own optometrist office. I called Cates because they were close to work. They had me come on in and replaced my nose pads. They were very kind and caring. The office was busy, but calming and relaxing. I would highly recommend! Thank you!
I love this office. Service is quick and easy. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Prices are fair. They do not push you into glasses or treatments you can not afford. They offer payment options. I highly recommend to anyone in need of spectacles, eye treatments, or contacts. I am always satisfied.

Amazing experience! I’ve had vision problems for 30+ years and been to many optometrist, I’ve never been treated like cates. Superb customer service, great selection of frames, and great prices can’t be beat. I was also given a temp pair of glasses to wear until mine came in which is unheard of! Will not being going anywhere else. The insurance covered selection still has great choices. Cates takes care of the whole family.
