Dr. Cole is amazing! Great to have a female eye doctor. She’s very professional, kind, called me by my name, is very thorough, explained everything to me in the visit. I am definitely going back 100%. I already have recommended Dr. Christa Cole to my friends/ family, and co-workers to see Dr. Christa Cole. 100%. In the list of your Eye Care doctors, , Dr. Christa Cole should be listed w/ photograph/ specialty/ education/ years of experience needs to be included with all the other doctors names/ pictures/ profiles. I picked your team, . SPECIFICALLY because she is a WOMAN DOCTOR, and looked up her name/ description of her years of experience/ which college she studied and graduated from. Dr Christa Cole is the Dr. who suits my needs the most. I have had 2 eye surgeries as a baby- 9 months and 18 months old. Dr. Christa Cole has proficiency/ specialization with my specific vision and concerns, she explained what / why she did each part of the eye exam as we when through it. Dr . Christa Cole is the reason I will be going back to for all of my eye care needs. I recommend Dr. Christa Cole 100%.

Dr Allyn Hildebrand has been my eye doctor for many years. His knowledge and care are unsurpassed. The Hardin Valley office location has been a plus for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine going to another eye doctor nor a different location than the Hardin Valley facility.

Absolutely the best Eye exam experience! Dr. Christa Cole and her staff were all great- , professional, efficient, and extremely kind. Everyone introduced themselves with a smile and certainly gave the impression that they enjoyed their job and were happy to be there. Dr. Cole was amazing. She made me feel like I was her only patient that day. She is very Sweet and caring. Nothing was the least bit rushed. In detail she explained everything she was going to do and why , everything she saw, and, then what it all meant (and didn’t mean) in layman’s terms. Several times she made sure I understood and had no questions. She impressed me with not only her unbeatable chair side manner, but for sure, with her depth of knowledge. Before I left we came up with a plan to cover anything that might come up before next year‘s visit. Another thing that absolutely thrilled me — Dr. Cole‘s assistant did my preliminary tests showing I had good vision in both eyes. I told her I only used readers. she asked if I was hoping to get a prescription for glasses, which I wasn’t. In past exams by other providers, I’ve been put through that grueling test with all the lenses, etc.. in spite of telling them I was happy with just readers. With Dr. Cole, I didn’t have to go through all that waste of time. Yay!!!

When my son first came here for his glasses, everything was pretty ok. Staff was helpful and kind. Several months later, I called to let them know his glasses broke and see what they could do. I called the number associated with this location, but was somehow routed to someone who didnt work for this location. I had to be transferred again, and finally got to the right "department" . Whoever I spoke to was a bit rude and sounded like they were annoyed. I was told to bring the glasses in, so I can prove they were actually broken, and then they could order a replacement. Now I am here. And I got here at 8:09am. The lady at the desk told me she couldnt do anything . That I had to wait for the doctor to get here, but doesn't get in until 8:30. I asked if I could get a copy of my sons prescription, and she couldnt even give me that. All she said was I cant, I can't, I cant. Why do I have to see the doctor for a copy of the prescription?!?!? Its a piece of paper! I do not suggest or recommend this group, and I will never be back after my sons glasses come in. This place makes you jump through way too many hoops for something so simple. Very disappointed.

Appointment time was 8:45. I was there before that time. After sitting in the waiting room 30 minutes, I confirmed my appointment was supposed to have been 8:45 then left at 9:15. No explanation was given for the delay. If they don’t respect the time of their customers, I don’t want to do business with them.
