I have to be honest, I hesitated to come back here because my experience was not the best with last group they had working here. I am happy to say they have a whole new staff and they are absolutely fantastic. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted with a big friendly smile and a hello. They are all so nice. I am so glad I gave Celebration Eye Care a second chance.

I have used this practice for a couple years now. I made an appointment around a month ago and was called this morning and they needed to reschedule my appointment due to my Dr having a medical emergency. This is not the first time this has happened. I am understanding in that life happens and if that is real , i genuinely hope everything works out for the best. As this is the second time in an 18 months span this has happened I find it hard to believe. When my wife called ( because I was in my dentist’s chair) to see if they could fit me in with another doctor because it is almost impossible for me to get time off this time of year, the receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE. Speaking to my wife as if she were a child. They are extremely expensive, but I will pay for great service and good doctors. The doctor was good but the service and nonsense that comes with it, I can’t and will not justify the cost.
Subject: Concern Regarding Appointment and Payment Experience at Your Office Dear ,Celebration Eye center. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns following my recent experience scheduling and attending an eye exam at your office. After months of coordination due to my work schedule, I was finally able to book an appointment through your website. Unfortunately, just one week before my scheduled visit, I was informed that none of the doctors would be available and my appointment had to be rescheduled. While I understand the need for staff vacations, this change caused significant inconvenience. On the day of my appointment, I arrived an hour early. When I attempted to pay, my card was declined at the gas station earlier, so I offered to pay $10 in quarters, which are still valid currency. However, the front desk representative refused to accept my coin payment. I believe some additional customer service training could be beneficial here, as refusing payment simply because of the form it takes seems unreasonable. In my own business, I serve many customers who pay in cash and have no bank cards, and I never deny service based on that. I felt that denying me the eye exam for this reason was unfair and disappointing. I hope that you will consider this feedback to improve your client experience moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. 😊 Best regards, [D.Munday.
Made an appointment on 6/3 for 6/10. Have an email confirmation. Arrived for appointment and the place is closed. Called to find out what the story is. Said they called on 6/3 to reschedule and also sent an email. No call from them or email. They may be wonderful but be sure you call to see if they are open before heading out for your appointment.
I was extremely disappointed with the service at Celebration Eye Care. According to Blue Cross Blue Shield, this location is a participating Vision Plus in-network provider. However, when my wife and I visited to purchase prescription eyeglasses, the front desk staff were rude and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. They immediately asked if we were existing patients of their doctors. When we explained we were only there to order glasses using our prescription, they seemed visibly annoyed. We provided our insurance information, and they dismissively told us they “don’t work with that insurance.” Their tone and attitude made us feel unwelcome and like we were inconveniencing them. After the visit, I double-checked directly with Blue Cross Blue Shield, and they confirmed that Celebration Eye Care is an in-network Vision Plus provider. The staff’s refusal to even attempt to process our insurance was both incorrect and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for eyeglasses or friendly service. The poor attitude and misinformation wasted our time and left a very bad impression.
