Office Staff is welcoming and friendly. The Tech kept me informed on what was going to happen during my visit. Dr Derry was patient, understanding, and informative during my exam.
Dr. Drake is extraordinary in her care of her patients & should be given extra coffee breaks & definitely a raise for her much appreciated care -C
Just had my Cataract Evaluation appointment. Dr Sullivan & staff were very informative & caring. Will be having my cataracts removed next month and can’t wait. I want to give kudos to Emilie Harrer, the Surgery Scheduler who was extremely helpful!
Dr Drake did my cataract surgery and followup. My results were awesome......my vision is very good and I no longer need my glasses! For tiny print I can use readers rather than an RX. Dr. Drake explained the surgery, medications and the followup very plainly and made me comfortable with the entire process. So pleased that sbe has her practice in Watertown
I had Dr. Sullivan do my cataract surgery & am very pleased with the results. My vision is so much clearer & brighter than before. Staff & Dr. are very pleasant & explain their findings to my understanding. Would definitely recommend this office.
