I recently had an appointment with Dr. Desiree Herron and had a wonderful experience. She was patient, understanding, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the appointment. Her staff was incredibly friendly, and the optometric technician was especially wonderful with my six-year-old son. She let him “help” during part of the appointment, and he thought it was the coolest thing ever! He talked about it all day and kept saying how much he “loved that place.” It’s clear this team truly cares about their patients.

I love it here! I got in within 5 minutes of arriving. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They always explain what they’re doing and answer my questions. The doctor took her time and explained reasons for my problems and gave me different options to choose from. All around a great experience.

Very friendly staff. The Dr. took the time to explain things to me that no one else ever has. Would definitely recommend them. Helpful, friendly and convenient. Although I did need to order new glasses and I thought they were very expensive. $939.00. And no discounts.

I actually LOOK FORWARD to my eye exam each year because Dr. Herron is so personable, warm and knowledgeable. The staff is excellent, and I've always left each appointment feeling heard and well cared for. They are an exceptional team. Even though I now live an hour away from Watertown, I will remain a patient of Dr Herron's! FIVE STARS!

Dr. Desiree Herron is such down to earth person. Very knowledgeable and the experience was wonderful. The staff also were super helpful and great to talk with.
