Shopko in Watertown WI : Caitlin was extremely nice and friendly. Guided me through the glasses experience very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Dusenbery was kind and thorough and treated me very well. Excellent experience.

I see that someone else on these reviews has also had the same poor experience I had. I've been going here for several years with no issues up until my last eye exam this past fall. My husband and I usually book our exam together and I figured we would get the same Dr as we had the previous year. But they decided to stick ME with a new doctor which I did not care for. My husband got the same one which we had both been happy with before. But this new doctor wrote me a slightly stronger prescription which turned out to make me see terribly! The last few years I have been ordering my glasses from a website online which has been affordable and has amazing service. But due to this eye Dr giving me a prescription I couldnt even see with, I had to return my glasses and re order. I told them what happened, they said maybe I need my eye distance measured and that would help. Got that done, reordered glasses. Tried new pair, still couldn't see. Had to return them yet again! So I decided that my OLD prescription from my original Dr was just fine. Had to get my new Dr to sign off on it. She did thankfully. Ordered glasses for a THIRD time and low and behold, I could actually see! So it turns out after all of this back and forth and MONTHS of my time and money being wasted, I didn't even need a new prescription!! Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how this place is run now. I don't think I will be coming back as this one bad experience has made me not want to.

I worked with Stephanie while I was here and she was amazing! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get the exact lenses that would be helpful for my lifestyle. She helped me pick out frames I really loved. And she was also very personable, making conversation the whole time. My entire experience here was great, the staff was lovely and the store was clean and had a good stock of glasses.

Everyone here was awesome! I really appreciate how nice and patient everyone was with my young kids. From the woman who did or pre exam to the doctor and to Stephanie the woman who helped us pick out glasses, I loved how amazing they all were and look forward to future appointments!
