Center Vision Clinic

I recently went for my first appointment and I was so happy with my experience. Everyone in there was so nice and friendly and everyone had the coolest, fun glasses on. I knew I was needing glasses but I had no idea what would look good on me. Becky helped me and she was GREAT. Her personality was awesome and she was honest on what looked good and she was funny. She asked me why I liked certain ones and then went and picked some that she thought would look good on me. I picked out the perfect pair and I have never been so excited to get my glasses. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I had such a great experience

Dr. Gomez was very helpful figuring out an eye issue I’ve been having as I try to recover from an illness. Was very thorough and referred me to vision therapy. All the Dr’s at center vision are excellent and the staff is amazing.

Very disappointed with the billing department. I clearly explained that my HSA funds are deposited every other Friday, yet they still called me early because their notes were not updated correctly. To make matters worse, Chanel accused me of lying instead of handling the situation professionally. Poor communication and very unprofessional customer service.

First time here and very impressed with all the staff from the receptionist to Dr Gomez, big shout out to the young lady who helped me with my contact lens ( Sonja). I would recommend them 💯 I am also a person who does not normally leave reviews as I recently retired from work and it was all about customer service.

Big thing: they were 15 minutes late for my scheduled appointment. Also, during it some of the equipment was broken and not working. Staff were friendly but the premium cost combined with less than impressive service was disappointing. I'll be looking elsewhere for future Optometry appointments.
