LensCrafters

I was seen quickly and given various eye tests. Dr. came in and reviewed results. I would have appreciated paper readouts of the eye test (e.g. vision of each eye, peripheral vision results) as opposed to an oral summation. I did receive a paper with the new lens prescription. Dr. was very helpful and did not rush me through a discussion of the results. Sarah, the sales associate that helped select frames, was very personable as well as professional. I would have given a "10" rating had I received paper copies of the results.

Convenient hours and location! My wife and I had a great experience at LensCrafters over the weekend. Steve gave us awesome customer service and my wife found a pair of prescription sunglasses she just had to get. The store is clean and well organized, and they utilize modern technology to ensure a proper fit. You get what you pay for, and if you want the latest styles and features from a wide range of designer brands, LensCrafters is the place to go! Additionally, they've always been helpful for adjusting frames and replacing nose pieces (even if you bought them somewhere else). You won't find the high-pressure sales tactics that are common at other vision centers in the area.

Steve in the KENNEWICK store was absolutely great. He made sure that I liked what I had selected is very patient and I’m excited to receive the new pair of reading glasses. Steve was very clear on additional features … warranties, etc. and I really appreciated that. Thank you Steve

Minerva. I the best employee at Lenscrafters in Kennewick, I have been coming here for years, she has great attention to detail, she’s honest if the frames suit you or not. She is always gretting me and making me feel welcome at her store . She is a Gem 💎 to this establishment.

I was a first time customer @ the Kennewick store, but after receiving my eye exam @ purchasing glasses for not only night driving but readers as well, I will be a lifetime client. Best eye exam I have ever had. Thanks to all but especially to Minerva who made the eye glass frames and lenses a quick @ seemless process. She knew exactly what designer frames worked best for me. I would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family!
