Very professional, helpful, informative, all around wonderful staff. They really made my daughter and myself feel completely comfortable and safe with her developmental eye exam and made the necessary accommodations so we felt at ease the entire appointment. Plus they got us in quickly even though we arrived early to the appointment. Overall experience was just the very best. Thanks again for helping me understand everything that will help my daughter in the future! Worth the 40 minute commute!

Dr. Petty has been absolutely wonderful with my son! She is so patient, kind, and genuinely great with kids. Most importantly, the vision therapy she provided made a tremendous difference for him and, in our case, prevented him from having to undergo multiple surgeries. We are incredibly grateful for her knowledge, compassion, and dedication. I would highly recommend Dr. Petty to any parent looking for excellent vision care for their child!

We just moved here from Heber Springs. My daughters eye sight had shown signs of worsening even from her January eye exam. I wanted to find a local place and this place had great reviews. We booked first available for 'new patient', insurance was verified and looking forward for my daughter to have her vision checked. Appointment was set for 3 weeks out as it was the first available. My work leave was approved. Day before I approved two separate text messages confirming our 9:00 Appointment and less than 24 hours before my daughter was set to get a doctor to help, we get a call that the doctor they scheduled her for doesn't take my insurance and the other doctor there that did, was booked out for another 3 weeks. When it comes to a child's eye sight, I would prefer a Doctor's office that corrected their own mistake. For example: "we messed up" and make sure that the child got taken care of. I can't accept care from an office that won't take responsibility in a more constructive manner. I was beyond disappointed at the level of dropping the ball of this administrative staff.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Coffee and her team! I’ve been struggling with dry eyes, and Dr. Coffee took the time to really listen to my concerns and help me find solutions. I truly appreciate her knowledge, patience, and genuine care for her patients. The staff is also absolutely wonderful and welcoming. I unfortunately forgot the name of one of the staff members who helped me, but she was so kind and friendly—and we even bonded over her adorable Golden Doodles! 🐶❤️ I highly recommend Dr. Coffee and her team to anyone looking for an eye doctor who truly cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to find the right solutions. Thank you all for such a great experience!

Dr. Megan and Dr. Skye are awesome. Love how they work together as a team. My girls love Dr. Megan and the staff is all super friendly. Will be staying here for quite awhile as long as they’ll have us!
