Very professional and kind staff. Maddy ran a bunch of tests on me and made me feel very comfortable and had me laughing the whole time. Dr Kim is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever encountered. She listens and fallows up on every detail. Excellent friendly professional. Absolutely outstanding.

I initially had LASIK at Triad, but my vision remained impaired, especially at night. Despite multiple follow-up visits, my concerns were repeatedly attributed to dry eye, my appointments were delayed, and I was advised to purchase glasses at my own expense, which defeated the purpose of having LASIK. I sought a second opinion and was told the issue was not dry eye but an incorrect correction. When I returned to Triad (Fayetteville) and requested another doctor, it was confirmed that I needed a revision. The enhancement required travel to Tulsa and an entire day off work for both myself and a family member. I requested compensation for the additional medical costs, repeated appointments, travel, lost wages, and second opinion. My emails went unanswered, and I was later informed in person that no compensation would be provided. The staff were kind and professional, but due to the misdiagnosis, inconvenience, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend Triad for LASIK.

As we get older, parts begin to break down. In my case, it was time to consider cataract surgery. Dr. Kim and the entire staff at Triad Eye Institute were wonderful. They helped me to understand the process as well as performing a thorough examination of my eyes. After explaining the options we settled on standard lenses with laser surgery to repair the astigmatism. I'm back to 20/20 my distance vision is great, and just need simple readers for close up. The whole process was quick, easy and pain-free. Thanks Triad Eye Institute! I'll be 'seeing' you!

The staff at Triad Eye Institute are wonderful! Maddie and Dr McFarland took their time and explained everything they were doing. I felt they listened to my concerns about my eye health and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend their staff and services!!!
