Dr. Mertins is an excellent balance of professionalism and care. Always the highest quality service and style. They have taken care of my eyes for over 12 years and I can’t imagine anyone else coming close. Great frame selection as well. Their Bentonville office is centrally located downtown at the Ledger. Dr. Mertins is THE BEST ophthalmologist in NWA! Look no more if you're searching for eye care doctor. She is knowledgeable, available and professional. She and her staff are kind and attentive. She has a location at the U of A parking garage shops and also downtown Bentonville. I highly recommend her. You will be pleased.
I have been a patient of Mertins Eye & Optical for 10 years. Dr. Mertins and her staff are very welcoming the moment you walk in the door. The team is professional, knowledgeable and ready to help! Dr. Mertins in one word would be smart! She has all update equipment and keeps everything very sanitized for her patients. Dr. Mertins cares about my vision and has been so helpful in finding my perfect fit everytime. When I have issues, the team is quick to get me seen. I've dealt with poor vision since I was in the 3rd grade. Trust me when I say, she's the best doctor in her field.
