I recently received care at Baptist Health Lexington. I’m real thankful especially for my nurse. Everyone treated me with kindness. The staff worked hard to make sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciated them all.

I was blown away by the staffs professionalism and caring attitude towards me during such a scary time. I had a mammogram and a biopsy done. Stefanie and Dr. Wilson (I believe that’s her name) were so amazing. I was scared, and incredibly nervous and they were patient, knowledgeable, sweet and very gentle in my mammogram and procedure. The nurse who calls to give you your results was Regina and she was also wonderful. I had follow up questions the next day after my results and Regina answered right away and addressed all my concerns and questions. This whole process was a complete nightmare for me, but this staff is as good as it gets and will literally hold your hand through it. Thank you all for being so kind. It was a great feeling to know I was getting the absolute best care.
I had an appointment at 8:25 this morning ... and was checked in and taken back relatively quickly. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional. I was ready to actually have the mammogram and the tech asked me for my previous mammogram files and I told her no one ever told me I needed them. I got dressed and left after pleading with them to please go ahead with my diagnostic mammogram. I would have the files sent Monday. They wouldn’t even consider it... the tale goes on snd on...I had questions and called 3 times before 2 o’clock and to have the manager of the department call me back. It was very clear she had no regard for me, my mammogram or my questions. I now have to wait 10 days for another appointment (not with these people). I’m sure my “business” won’t be missed.
The staff there are amazing. I was there this week for an ultrasound followed by a biopsy and an additional mammogram. Each staff member I came into contact with were above and beyond nice. I was nervous and scared and the women there treated me like I was a member of their family. I just can't say enough nice things about them.
It is nearly impossible to reach someone to actually get an appointment and then when you actually reach someone, it it nothing but frustration on their end if you have a conflict with whatever they give you. And heave forbid if you don't know your doctors id numbers if they aren't in the system.
