I went here to establish primary care and all they did was focus on a referring me to someone else. No physical exam was performed, no questions asked about my health/concerns. My record has things that could only be known if she'd done a proper exam. I have expressed my frustration about the inaccurate record and feeling belittled/dismissed to her and to the practice manager and have received no response. If you are looking for somewhere that will provide quality care—or even pretend to care at all—I would not expect it here. It is really disappointing, too, because I waited several months to see the provider here after hearing great things about her.

I had back surgery here. It was the best experience that I have ever had in healthcare. They were organized and had their stuff together. The staff was caring and knowledgeable from pre op the the sweet girl who took me to my car in a wheel chair. God bless them and I wish I could thank every one of them personally.
If you want to live DO NOT go here!!!! My grandmother's been in this hospital for 3 weeks now and the care we have received is absolutely atrocious. Her first night there she turned blue because there wasn't a single nurse on the floor. I had to go into the hallway and scream for help because no one was around. We have asked 6+ times for a patient advocate and they refuse to send one or give us the number for one. Her doctor wants her to go to a rehab facility and the case managers have straight up refused to contact any rehabs because " her insurance probably won't cover it” but they refuse to submit the claim to the insurance or rehab facility. The case manager wants her to go to a nursing home instead because they must get a huge kickback from the nursing homes, even though her doctor explicitly stated she has to go to a rehab facility. We have said we will pay out of pocket for rehab and they still refuse to submit her case to the rehab facility. At this point it feels like we are being held hostage here. A family member has to stay there every single night because after 9pm all the nurses leave. She had surgery and her wound bled out all over her and her bed and the nurses refused to change anything because “the doctor would get mad at us” so she sat in bloody sheets for hours. A urine covered pillow from a previous patient got left in the room and we threw it away and every day the nurses would take it out of the trash and put it on her bed. This is just a fraction of what we've experienced in the last 3 weeks.
Leadership‑Focused Version Over the past week, my experience at Baptist Health has made it clear that the standard of care has changed significantly. This hospital was once the facility I would confidently choose in Lexington, but the level of service I encountered — both in person and over the phone — fell far below what patients and families should expect. As an administrator myself, I hold my own staff to high expectations of professionalism, communication, and accountability. If my team interacted with patients the way the Cardiology staff interacted with us, corrective action would be immediate. Consistent patterns of dismissiveness, lack of follow‑through, and poor communication are not minor issues; they are indicators of a system that needs urgent attention. Because of this, I will be seeking a different hospital and a new cardiology provider for my mother’s care. Baptist Health is in need of a comprehensive operational and cultural reset. I sincerely hope leadership takes these concerns seriously, because this hospital has the potential to be excellent again — but it will require decisive action, strong leadership, and a renewed commitment to patient‑centered care.
I have no issue with the clinical hospital staff. The issue is the valet parking company and staff. Very unprofessional. Stole my car when I had the key and was trying to get my elderly blind father through the front double doors. I still am unsure how I am going to get the car back and who knows if my purse will be in it. I told the attendant I was walking him in and would move the car and she was fine. Then some boy comes along and drives it off with me yelling. I’ve never seen anything this uncoordinated, unsafe and with lack of internal controls
