Natasha was amazing! I felt overwhelmed with all the choices, but she took the time to walk me through different options without making me feel pressured. She was so kind, patient, and friendly, and never rushed me. Thanks to her, I feel really confident in my new glasses. Such a wonderful experience!
Although this clinic couldn’t take my insurance, the staff was incredibly courteous and went out of their way to assist me. They took the time to explain my options and even referred me to another place where I could get an eye exam. It’s rare to find that level of professionalism and kindness—especially when you're not a paying patient. Great experience, and I truly appreciated the extra effort.
My experience at this location in Spring Lake was absolutely amazing! Tasha is the most humble, caring associate that truly cares and is very considerate of the needs of the customer. She takes her time, no rushing in us making a decision. This was top notch service. Tasha and Rose are a team that goes above and beyond. We recommend this location to anyone. Natasha is so amazing!! She’s so super sweet and very helpful. Ive known her since high school and I’m now 24. Every time I see her, she’s always has a smile on her face and is always happy!
