We had a great experience last week. We needed a quick appointment and they were able to get us in. The desk staff was very friendly. Dr. Johnson explained things well to my teen who was getting her first pair of glasses. When I had a paperwork snafu, the office figured out a way to accommodate me even though it was entirely my fault.
Had set up an appointment two weeks in advance. Arrived a bit earlier than my appointment time and was still waiting almost an hour to be seen. I ended up walking out because I expected to be done with my appointment by then and had somewhere I needed to be. Before leaving, I asked how much longer and was told I “may” be out of there about an hour later; UNACCEPTABLE. Absolutely zero excuses for this, will never recommend this place to anyone and will never be back.
Had an appt here recently to have eyes measured for contacts, it was a good visit. Polite, clean, and it seemed like the optometrist was very knowledgeable. Had an issue and went back and the receptionist had such a bad attitude! Won't be coming back here again!
I had called to set up an appointment for eye exam and she asked my name, now she has nothing but to send me to Fayetteville. Feels more like racial discrimination. I've heard several complaints of her and now I see first hand. Im a senior of Mexican/American heritage.
Very very rude customers service and giving out false info on hours. Very unprofessional and will be reporting to BBB.
