From the parking lot to reception with Aubrey to vision check by Tracie to pictures by Traci to more pictures by Joanne to exam chair with Melanie in the room collaborating with the newest team member Dr Courtney Croley! Dr Thomas Croley’s daughter. Last but never least Zoe set me up with a next appointment and took my copay at the end of my appointment not at the beginning. The courtesy and dignity extended me was dripping off every one effortlessly (I can spot a phony- none at this place). I love a doctor who is an educator and combines medical knowledge with experience. Both Croleys are blessed with humanitarian grace. This organization is a model other offices could learn from. No one likes going to the doctor but it is necessary to maintain good health. My visit was OUTSTANDING!! Dr. Croley is absolutely the best! My father-in-law got a piece of wood in his eye while cutting down a tree without wearing protective eyewear. Dr. Croley was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything and genuinely made us feel like she truly cared about his well-being. We are so grateful for the excellent care she provided. I highly recommend Dr. Croley to anyone in need of an outstanding eye doctor.

I had a great experience at Central Florida Eye Institute. I went in for Botox with Dr. Courtney Croley and was honestly a little nervous at first, but she immediately put me at ease. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the process thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that everyone genuinely cared about providing a great patient experience. Most importantly, I love my results. The Botox looks natural and exactly what I was hoping for. Dr. Croley’s attention to detail and expertise really showed, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Dr. Croley is the most amazing doctor i have been suffering from haziness, double vision from cataract surgery and no one could help. I moved to florida he was the only doctor that would look at me.I went in got a full check up and walked out with perfect vision. When you move around you always have to look for a new doctor. Like most of us we are hoping that we will find a good one, specially when it is your eyesight . I can’t imagine how blessed I was, that I found Dr Croley and Dr Courtney. This Father and Daughter team was just amazing. they both did surgeries on me, and did a superb job! It’s not only the doctors, but also the nurses and receptionists are very nice! Always there to help you with a smile. Where did you ever had a surgery and your doctor gave you a mug with live flowers? You need a great optometrist, don’t hesitate to call them!
