I just transferred to CKOA from a different provider in Bardstown, where service had steadily declined. I called CKOA and was able to efficiently make an appointment to see Dr. Trish Cecconi. Upon arrival, the office staff was well organized and had me in an exam room in about 5 minutes for some general questions and basic tests. Dr. Cecconi was great in reviewing and evaluating my eye condition. She took her time, was very thorough, ordered additional tests to clearly understand my specific situation — and clearly explained everything to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

i absolutely love the environment of this doctor office. i have been going here since i was a little girl and still to this day my feelings about this place has not changed. such friendly staff and Dr. Cecconni is remarkable at what she does! the frame options are also top tier. i highly recommend this eye doctor.

Dr. Patricia Cecconi has been very thorough, professional and pleasant while dealing with my new diagnosis. Also, Ashley in the Optical Store area is great to work with, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

I have worn glasses for many years. The ones I got here ARE THE BEST I have ever had. Perfection from the start. They helped me with contacts-I need 1 eye for close and 1 for distance. All staff members were kind and helpful. I highly recommend!!

Doctor Cecconi has been my eye doctor for over 10 years. 🤓 I've always felt welcomed🤗 here, comfortable voicing 🗣️ my concern to the Dr. I've also left with very cool glasses👓, and beautiful colored👁️ contacts! This is the best eye care center in all of central KY!!
