My wife and I have been going to the Lebanon Office for years. I had an eye emergency and Dr Powell was in Bardstown and she treated me there, same day. Enjoyed our recent visit, everyone is always friendly.
Everyone was so nice and helpful and told me all my options. Definitely recommend! 100%
Wow what a scam this place is. Paid out of pocket over $420. Two months later im getting phone calls and texts from New York saying I owe $200 more. Seriously!! Im so pissed off right now. They said it was an estimate even though I was told in the office that it was my total and I had to pay the bill in full before I could pick up my glasses 2 weeks later. What a joke. Stay away from this place, you cant even call them directly without it going to a call center. Guess its about to change names again when they file bankruptcy.
Eye exam was very good. Product was a 0. Not happy with my glasses at all. Frames and lens do not line up cause a ridge in the front so every time i get caught in the rain ( and i work outside) i have a puddle of water in ridge. Just spoke to them and they just said thats how the frames are made. Even after expressing my unhappiness, i still left unhappy. I will NEVER use this place again
