The Staff was nice, helpful and informative. The waiting time was short. The Optical Technician was nice, informative and helpful while doing the eye tests and exams. Dr. Abell was very courteous and informative regarding the eye tests and exams. Dr. Abell was informative and helpful in explaining about the eye tests results. He said that I could wait another year concerning the eye cataracts, and could schedule an appointment for next year. That was good news about the cataracts and waiting until next year for possibly having cataract surgery. Thank you. I recommend Precision Eyes And Optical Shoppe of Campbellsville for people's eye care needs. Thank you.

Nice facility. Friendly staff and doctors. Comfortable and spacious waiting room. Only downside for anyone waiting is that there is no public WiFi.

The staff was so friendly and kind. The sweet lady that took me back was so sweet about asking if I was okay and If i would be more comfortable if my mom (who was in the waiting room with my daughter) and daughter came into the room where I could see her and check on her if I needed to. Eventually my mom got called back so she had brought my baby into the room to me and the lady was very kind and reassuring that she could continue her questions and tests with my daughter in my lap. Before she left for the Doctor to come in, she even offered that if I needed or wanted that she and the other ladies at the desk wouldn’t care a bit to watch my sweet girl while I finished up with the Doctor and my mom and sister were being seen. Even the Doctor who at the time was looking at my eyes through lenses and with my daughter in my lap said that if i need a break to check on her that was perfectly fine. I was so afraid of how this appointment would go with my daughter and being a first time mom not knowing what to expect especially being a new patient. But the staff and Doctor were so patient and kind the whole time. And they really took the time to listen to me, make me comfortable, allow me to tend to my daughter if needed, and carefully examine my eyes especially since it’s been a while since I’ve been seen by an eye Doctor and pregnancy and postpartum can change a person’s vision. I couldn’t recommend Precision Eyes enough!

Very professional and thorough. It took a little longer than expected but they were good at checking on me and explaining the delay.
