My wait time was very short. Although this was not my first time at this location, it was my first visit with the dermatologist Shimika. She was professional and yet warm and welcoming. She listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and provided solutions for me to try before our 6 week follow-up appointment. I look forward to my next visit to discuss my results. I highly recommend Shimika.

The office is clean. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. The wait time to see a doctor was short. The doctor i saw was the urologist she was kind and explained everything she was going to do. I also had a sonogram the tech was nice and gentle. I would recommend this office.
I had a very disappointing experience at Century Medical. The front desk staff and medical assistant were kind and professional, but my interaction with Dr. Grace Masaba was not. I came in for a follow-up appointment with prior lab work already completed, expecting to review my results and discuss next steps. However, before I could fully explain my concerns, I was immediately dismissed and told to follow up with another provider. There was no effort to review my labs with me or provide any meaningful guidance. I felt rushed, unheard, and the visit was ultimately unproductive. As a patient, I expect to be listened to and for my concerns to be taken seriously—especially during a follow-up visit. I understand that providers may have limitations, but clear communication and basic patient care should still be a priority. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the office works on improving patient communication, professionalism, and continuity of care. Maybe she should work somewhere else that doesn’t involve caring for patients when I mean she was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a PCP. Then she proceeds to say they don’t choose they just pick the ovp I HAD TO GET ON THE PHONE TO SWITCH MY PCP TO HER SO THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY TYPE OF SENSE .
Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment with a physical therapist and was never informed that I needed a referral. At no point during the scheduling process did anyone mention this requirement, and nobody from the office contacted me beforehand to ask who referred me or to let me know that a referral was missing. What makes this even more frustrating is that the office staff could already see in their system that I did not have a referral. This information was available long before my appointment, yet no one called, emailed, or canceled the appointment. I arrived in significant pain, spent time and money on transportation, only to be told at check-in that I could not be seen and had to leave. To make matters worse, I called the office about 10 minutes before my appointment to let them know I was running slightly late due to traffic. Even during that conversation, nobody mentioned that I needed a referral. This situation could have been avoided with a simple phone call. Unfortunately, the lack of communication resulted in a complete waste of time, money, and an unnecessary trip while dealing with a painful condition.
Unprofessional customer service. Dr are nice but the front desk lady her name Elizabeth has big Attitudes!! I visited there twice but she doesn’t care about her patients . Always busy on phone!! If you are too busy with phone & get irritated by patient why don’t you stay home! You should get fired tbh ! Last time I was sitting there almost an hour! If you go to this location Plzzz avoid this front desk lady !!
