First off I called on Monday, nobody answered but I could and did leave a message. They didn't get back to me until Wednesday but had an opening the following morning at 10:30 so I thought that was great. Came in 15 minutes early for paperwork, I was a new patient for them, filled it out and ended up waiting about an hour past the appointment time before I got started. Seemingly decent place but they got 4 stars from me mostly because of the wait, it wasn't like it was the last appointment of the day so it shouldn't have been necessary.

Absolutely awful. The optometrist did not write down the entire prescription and caused me to wait for an hour at Eyemart to be helped, and then they couldn't make the glasses because they didn't have the whole prescription. What kind of professional does something like that? Fast forward to Monday. I finally get the glasses, and the entire right eye is absolutely blurry when looking through the glasses. Apparently, the prescription is completely wrong for my right eye. Do not visit! Do not waste your money, insurance, nor time.
Office people are rude! Been going here for years never dealt with someone So rude over the phone. If you have multiple children that need to go to the eye doctor, this is not the place since somehow now they can only see 2 people per family a day.
This has got to be the worst eye doctor's office in the area. Both of the receptionists have always been pretty rude and unhelpful. I tried to call to schedule an appt, as I have been a patient for several years. I told them I had the same insurance I have had, but they "weren't able to look it up in my chart." It almost seems they get aggravated when they have patients or if someone calls. It's sad that the office staff continues to run people off because both doctors are very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately I will have to find another office to take care of my vision needs, at least until these 2 ladies retire.
I was nervous after reading reviews but I had a great experience! The ladies at the front were sweet and efficient and Dr. Barker was great! He was quick but thorough and so friendly! I’ll be sticking with Crossroads for my whole families eye needs.
