Pretty good experience. MaryAnn provided quick service & she knew her inventory well. They should tell you the total price, though, and not just advertise the cost of frames without lenses. Make sure you know the total price before starting process.
They are truly a professional staff filled with great customer service and respect. Always cheerful and helpful. They really take care of you.
Wonderful, smart, & beautiful woman Ny’Kyria helped me with my order and was very knowledgeable. She understood me and listened and provided me with wonderful customer service soon as I entered. She walked me through the process and broke down pricing. In the end I was very satisfied. She needs a raise!!!!!
I just wanted to share my first experience with Walmart’s vision center. I came in with my costa sunglasses needing a screw. Clyde was pleasantly helpful. He took them saying “no problem, give me just a minute.” A minute later he was back with my sunglasses repaired, cleaned and there was no charge.
