Seemingly contrary to the other 2 reviewers, I had a great experience at the East Meadow branch. Punctual, experienced, good selection of frames, cheerful enough, do what they say. Now taking my kids there for Sunday pediatric doctor. They took our Davis Vision fine. Very happy with my glasses.

It was my first time seeing a eye doctor for glasses. After scheduling me in, in less than 24 hours from my call on a Saturday no less, (didn't know they would be open Saturdays) i was in and out less than an hour, the doctor also explained very well what was the reason for needing the glasses and how the machines used, tell whats the problem and where the corrections were needed. The sales rep who went by the name of Gio was a pleasure to work with and very honest, he also has a very good sense of style which helped me decide on my frames and didn't push expensive name brands one on me. Over all i am very pleased thus far. Going back to pick them up next week.

They overcharged me $125. They only reason I received my money back was because I realized the error a week later. They would have never realized or refunded my money if I had not noticed. And they would not give me a discount or anything to show that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Watch what they charge you.

Staff was very nice, especially the bug guy; I guess that's Cliff, however, I believe my lenses are not accurate; I can see long distances better using my older glasses. In fact, I sometimes remove these in order to see better, also one of the arms is not tight enough so it slips down my nose all the time. Can't wait to get the opportunity to take them back. This place is a SCAM! They will do anything to keep you from use any of your warranties and if your a repeat customer you will be treated like your wasting there time. It's even worse if you have benefits. Just avoid this headache. If you don't believe me, well it's your money and time.
