WOW, what a awesome first time experience. The front desk girls were great! Then Taylor guided me through a series of test and made me laugh the whole time. Then the fabulous Dr. Stacey was sooo intuitive and careful to make sure I was totally comfortable and understood all my options! Then Lizzy guided me to the eye shop where I met Garret who was very accommodating to assist me with my budget and needs for a pair of glasses. This was one of the best experiences at a medical facility ever. I highly recommend this office if you ever need eye care. Great Job!!! I just want to go back to just visit now...lol..

I was out of contacts due to my own poor planning, and they were able to fit me in with only a week’s notice and get me a trial pair. I usually see Dr. Dehoff, but Dr. Elder was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I had a great experience and really appreciated how accommodating the office was.

I had such an amazing experience at this optometrist office! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is equipped with advanced technology, which made the whole visit feel efficient and thorough. Dr. Elder was absolutely fantastic! He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. They all took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can really tell they care about their patients. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Ginger, who helped me find my stylish new glasses! She was incredibly patient, had a great eye for fashion, and made the whole process fun and easy. The office has a ton of frame selections at great prices, so there’s truly something for everyone. What really stood out to me was how friendly and accommodating everyone was, especially how pediatric-friendly the environment is perfect for families with kids. Overall, I received exemplary service and couldn’t be happier with my visit. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-quality eye care and a great overall experience! 👓✨

Had a great experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long before being called back. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was not only thorough but also very personable, which made the visit even more comfortable. I really appreciate how detailed they are during the exam—they take their time and make sure everything is covered. Overall, a smooth, efficient, and positive experience. No complaints at all—highly recommend!

Took my daughter here for her first eye exam and our experience was phenomenal. My daughter and I were greeted with warm smiles as soon as we walked through the door by the front desk and immediately checked in. The assistant picked up that my daughter was a little nervous and was very patient and reassuring throughout the entire process making it such a breeze. Dr. Stacy was very bubbly and reassuring to both my daughter and myself and made sure to explain everything so that we both knew what was going on and took the time to explain to me the issues, how to resolve them, and next steps. Even the optician we saw so my daughter could pick out glasses was wonderful. It takes a certain level of patience to be able to sit through a little girl going through multiple cases of glasses so she can find the perfect ones, and he had that level of patience. We met with the front desk once more to check out and they even took my daughter to the treasure box to pick out a small trinket for doing so well during her appointment. An overall phenomenal experience and I plan on continuing not only my daughter’s care here but my entire family too.
