Changing my review because I went into the actual store and Julia was amazing, helped me right away and actually gave me a solution, online customer service still sucks but at least at the store they are willing to help. Thank you Julia. Awful! Don't use them! I placed an order for my son's glasses I received them wrong, his prescription was completely off. I request a replacement, it took a whole month for the replacement to arrive, after I had to call and be on the phone for an hour first, only to have the measurements wrong again! I ended up getting his glasses somewhere else. Be aware, check your receipts when you receive your glasses to make sure you get the right measurements and same as your prescription

This experience was one of the most inefficient visits I have had . First the young lady that did my intake was dismissive and was already accusing my 6 year old as “being manipulative “ as I interrupted her she shrugged it off . Then I get a call confirming my appointment for my 6.9 year old yes she will be 7 next month all is well . Get to said appointment after taking time off from work and camp to be told that we don’t take 6 year olds but you can go to another place to have the exam but please come back here to get your glasses. One of the most frustrating parts about being steadfast to a higher power my ole self wanted to reach out and touch her with words of flesh as she says I thought we did oh well

Had an appointment scheduled for today. I knew I was running late so I called to let them know. The lady on the phone said it would not be an issue. So I flew to America's Best. Once I walked in the very rude young lady informed me that due to me being 12 minutes late I was going to have to reschedule. She said had I only been 10 minutes late they could work with me but since i was 12 minutes late they were going to have to reschedule. As I was leaving the ladies not only made fun of me for being late they also laughed at me for being frustrated. This is not only unacceptable but it is also extremely unprofessional. Luckily for me there is a pearl vision directly across the street and the folks there were so nice and fit me in right away. I will never go to America's best ever again.

The first time I went, I waited over an hour and had to leave before I was seen. I made the mistake of going a second time in October 2025, and they never gave me my prescription. When I called to get my prescription in September 2026, they said my one year prescription was no longer valid. I guess a year is now only 11 months. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money here.

I had an exceptional time at this location. I had been to other locations before and they were great but this location was hands down the best! The staff there were so inviting and fun to talk to. They made me feel young again and made me laugh. The sales associate I was working with was so sweet (I can't remember her name to save my life). She answered all of my questions and I know it was quite annoying but she didn't once seem annoyed. I haven't had great service like this in a while. I will be recommending this location to many friends and family members!
