This eye doctor literally wasted an entire day of my life. I had an 11:45am appointment to get my eyes checked and get an updated prescription, but wasn’t seen by the doctor until 4:15pm and not out the door until 4:30, almost 5 hours in total. The waiting room looked like a refugee camp without enough spaces to sit, taking on way too many patients. The nurses and administrative staff were indifferent to my concerns and blew me off, without offering me an apology. The doctor was perplexed by my complaints, but equally unconcerned. While the clinic is part of my insurance network, next time I’ll go out of network and fork out the extra cash. If you value your time, learn from my mistakes and avoid this office like the plague.

If I could score them with zero stars, I would. They never answer the phone, and when they do, they tell you to call back in "X" amount of time and then proceed to not answer when you call back. They don't explain procedures to you or make sure you understand what medical interventions they're taking and why. Avoid this place if you can.
Violates HIPPA. Patricia Padilla Won't return calls or give medical records after 6 months of trying to get an update. Sent certified letters. Paid for records. Nothing.
This has been a waste of time just waiting to be called. Total wait time, about 5 hours just for a follow-up visit. I will never come to this place again. They overbook patients and mismanage time. Avoid this place at all costs.
If you have to go here, be prepared to lose an entire day. You'll wait 6 to 8 hours to be seen. The waiting room is always so crowded it's difficult to move around. The staff never addresses your concerns. You might be given an appointment as early as 6 a.m., when the doctor and technicians don't arrive until after 8 a.m. Every single time I've been there, they've asked me if it was my first visit or why I was there. They never had my medical records or any notes from the surgery I had. The worst place I've ever been. Even public hospitals have better and faster service.
