I've been coming here since ive been a child. Now I bring my 3 children and husband here. I come here because the employees and doctor always make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone in this office is very nice and helpful.
Everyone in that office is great, especially Dr. Akamatsu!!! They made everything easy, 10/10 recommend.
Beware of fraud! I am writing this review with hope that Dr. Akamatsu reaches out to me because I have tried to get in touch with him without success. It turns out the person in his practice who is handling, claims is committing insurance fraud. I have never been a patient of his, or even set foot in his clinic, and my benefits were given to a random person to use it was obviously deliberate. VSP is investigating this but beware when you go there. VSP did assist me in ensuring I got my benefits back. However, this is not ok so beware. I don't want to provide more information here related to my case but the employee/office manager there doesn't have the best interest of the patient's protected information. Update -VSP has tried to contact the office numerous times and the office does not answer or return their calls. In fact, they told me they believed they got blocked. It's clear that an office that runs an ethical practice would not do such a thing.
