Love the staff and care. Everyone know your name and are cordial and kind. A true gem for our community. Even saw one the staff get a handicap person's car and bring it to the drive through. A true act of kindnesx
The staff were very friendly and professional. I was in my appointment right away and told exactly what was procedures were taking place. The Dr was also attentive and timely in his exam.
The doctors and staff all work to keep my experience with this organization at a very high professional level. Further they appear to really care about the patients. That they serve. We are fortunate to have this organization in our back yard in my view.
The entire team (Cumberland) was professional and very kind and friendly. Dr McCanna was very understanding of my fears, and past experiences that left my nervous about another procedure. ( this was my first time seeing him) he talked to me in ways I could understand, not medical lingo I cannot. He was very understanding, kind and patient. I could not appreciate the treatment I received anymore, and I was left not fearing the next procedure. 100 % recommend Dr. McCanna.
Not only is Dr. McCanna skilled and knowledgeable, he is genuinely concerned and engaged with his patients. It was a pleasure meeting him, getting to know him, and working with him on my eye care. PLUS, he has a first-rate staff. I’m sorry I only have two eyes to work on!
