I love going to Northwoods! Dr Kolb and her staff are always so friendly and willing to work with you, whether it be rescheduling or figuring out payment. This team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, respected, and heard.

We had an amazing experience! My 6-year-old had his very first eye exam, and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. Before doing each part of his exam, they showed him what they were going to do by demonstrating it on me first. That simple gesture helped him feel safe and took away any fear he had. Everyone was so patient, kind, and great with kids. They explained everything in a way he could understand, and his first eye exam ended up being such a positive experience. I also had my own eye exam and picked out glasses. The lady I worked with was incredibly helpful in finding frames I loved! We never felt rushed, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them for both adults and children. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares—especially if it’s your child’s first eye exam—this is it!

I had my first experience at Northwoods Family Eyecare this past week, and I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. I've never experienced such a high level of Excellence, at any other Optometry Clinic as I did at North woods... The entire Team was amazing. They were professional, well knowledged, Informative, and just all around , a real polite pleasurable joy interacting with each ones of them. Their Equipment is a highly innovative, high tech experience like none other that I've ever seen before. It makes the whole examination process move along another and more rapidly, then Dr Colby fines tunes the equipments reading for the best possible outcome of her final diagnosis. It was so pleasant to be there, interacting with them all.. that I a part of me was slightly sad that it was all over with so soon. They are the kind of people that you want to invite out to join you for coffee or a brunch. I recommend them to every body.. And I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I’ve been a patient of Northwoods Family Eyecare for years, starting with Dr. Arneson and continuing with Dr. Kolb. Northwoods offers consistently excellent care and services. Their prices are fair and I feel I’ve received good value for the money spent. Any time that I have had a question or needed something, the support staff at the clinic have provided prompt, professional and friendly service.
