It's a great gym. They keep clean/new equipment and have a super nice pool. The people there are great. Logan runs the office and she is always very helpful. If you come to swim on the weekend, bring your own towel. Pick up a schedule and try out their morning spin classes. I also go here (to the clinic side) when I'm sick. They are always great and get me in and out quickly.
I was here for an MRI this week. I was a bit nervous after reading the previous reviews, however, I had a great experience. Kevin was the technician that I had. He was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He made be experience less stressful and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process.
David, Scott, and Cindy of the Physical Therapy department provided excellent care. Highly recommended!
I scheduled a new patient visit with Dr.Kingston, he was amazing! He listened to all of my issues and was very attentive to me! I felt like I was his only patient for the day. He will now become my new primary care doctor. Thank you Dr.Kingston, and the amazing staff at this facility! 💕
HORRIBLE patient care at this facility, low staffing. Christus has unfortunately gone downhill. Please go to Tyler Complete Care if you value your time and want adequate medical care. I took my son, less than 2 years old to this clinic on Grande. We get there and the front desk receptionist tells me it will be a 30-45 minute wait (3 other people ahead us) so an hour passes and my son is having a harder time. I ask if we could have an update. I am told there was 2 people still in front of me. We were there for 2 hours, the last 45 minutes we were the only ones in the lobby. I ask again. I’m told they’ll take me back in about 15 minutes but that they will finish seeing someone else before my son and they only have one nurse and one doctor working. We left. We have been to Tyler complete care and have never waited more than 15 minutes. Christus is a serious disappointment and a clear representation of poor staffing ratios and poor quality of care for its patients.
