I want to speak to a manager! My frame is twisted n my retaining lens (plastic cords) are messed up n my previous new lenses are scratched chipped now after ur associate reinstalled them after I had a hard time readjusting to the new prescription poly lenses u installed removed yesterday Im worse off now because when I brought u my new Carter frames with expensive prescription lenses that I just paid 900.00 for are literally ruined n yet I do not have the prescription lenses I just paid u for now I have a pair of new tweaked frames n scratched new lenses n loose retaining cord and you promised me y’all would take care of my cituation n help me but in the end you just ruined my new glasses that I brought in to have you change my lens to a new prescription n made my previous cituation worse as I can’t even use these glasses they now come apart and the lenses are a mess I will post this experience so everyone in Tyler Texas knows, because I feel mislead n in the end I’m worse off because my glasses are no longer even usable to wear or see out of! And a 900.00 loss so now I have to save up money to have them completely replaced! Horrible experience!!!!! The new prescription lenses I paid for to replace my current lenses kept falling out upon pickup and the lady said she wasn’t sure if she knew how to install them n tighten the cords, I want this situation rectified n corrected because I just paid a lot of money for the glasses I brought in to have updated prescription lenses put in n now my glasses are a mess and still don’t hve my new prescription lenses, but they are in the store (Walmart vision center) I ask that someone please help me, as this is bad business!
