Lexi was exceptionally helpful.nNot only made the picture taking machine easy. But also showed me where the commissary was, and made me aware an hour before it was time to leave. So my ride could pick me up easily. She is an asset to the company and her customer service is exceptional.

So far, trying to get into their patient portal took multiple tries. Many phone calls, they couldn't get my Medicare # to work even though I have had no problems with other docs. In waiting room, waiting for first visit. Will update as cataract surgery progesses. First visit took around 2.5 hrs or so. In one room for a test then 2 or 3 others, finally saw doctor. I was comfortable w doc as he explained what he thought I needed based on his obvious many, many years of experience. My only other thought on doc was that he seemed stressed, might not have given me enough time to thoroughly explain my thoughts and concerns. Actual first eye surgery late in May, which was my choice. I knew it would take some time to get through both eyes, but his scheduling was tight in June so I ended up w left eye late in May, 10 day wait then right eye and 10 more days after that then my eye doctor to check results. Will update post after first eye. 1st eye this morning! Arrived at 6 30 and out around 8 30. I didn't hear from doc at all after surgery, which was super easy, I never knew it happened. I think a nurse did tell me that all went well. Next appt is tomorrow morn for surgery followup. All the folks there were nice to me. Again, the only thing they could have done to make the experience, even better than it was, and it was good, is a bit more communication. I do like Dr. Pennel, my doc!

My wife had cataract surgery on both eyes here with Dr. Pennell and he was awesome in all respects. Courteous, friendly and caring. Took time to explain everything. His Techician assistant also very friendly and helpful. The place is very state of the art, clean and the nurses also terrific. Dr. Pennell even took the time for a prayer and we very much appreciated that. This place is Outstanding! Thank you very much. The Davis'es

Appointment with Dr Bochow for my husband today. We dread this appointment every year. Dr Bochow is five stars but the wait to see him is beyond ridiculous. This is why we scored it two stars. Every year it is 2-4 hours. Our appointment was at 7:45 am. It is 9:45 and we are still waiting to see this doctor. Come to find out he has meetings in the morning while his patients wait. Our time must not be as important as his. I was taught time is the most precious commodity.

Extremely poor management, a sign in the wait room says to Expect a 3-4 hour wait. If staff or the dr are questioned about wait, the refer to the sign and give poor excuses for over booking. Horrible! Spend your 3-4 hours waiting as you drive 2 hours to Dallas!!! Don't waste your time, the services are not worth it!
