PT, Michelle Sharkey did not ONCE attempt to relate or play with my baby before starting treatment, causing immediate distress! Instead of properly warming up her muscles, this therapist forced her foot to stretch fast and far, causing her extreme pain & resulting in physical injury. As I attempted to work with her for my baby’s treatment, she continued to leave me doing preventive care alone. Sporadically returning to the room solely focused on completing several surveys she conducted before our session ended. I literally left feeling my baby & I were data points rather than human beings! Because of this harsh treatment, my baby now experiences severe anxiety and cries uncontrollably the moment we walk into the office. I really feel scheduling PT care for my child @Crestview Hills was the worst decision I ever made for her treatment.

Our experience was very organized, kind, informative and efficient. We didn't spend an excessive amount of time in any area but were well cared for and well informed.

Went to get labs for my newborn right at 12 when they opened on Saturday. Waited over an hour just to get labs when there were only 2 other patients there to get labs. They didn’t call the first one back till 12:50. Was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Impressed is an understatement. Dr Li and her team were extraordinary, per usual ❤️ We had our first encounter with the audiology department for a hearing test and everyone we encountered was phenomenal 👏 My child and I had nothing short of a positive experience, which is so important. Thank you all for what you do!

Everyone from the moment you walk in is kind and compassionate. The care my children get here is the best possible.
