Amazing service!!! The friendliest, most knowledgeable team. I was in denial about needing glasses but Dr. Cindy made the process painless. I went home with brand new glasses that day. Great selection of classic and modern eyeglasses. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks for everything!

I had an excellent experience! The shop is spotless, and the entire team is personable, professional, and very attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. They also took the time to really listen to my concerns and did a fantastic job translating them into the perfect solutions for my glasses. Highly recommend!
We had an absolutely wonderful first experience with Dr. Pouw and her team, and we couldn't recommend her more highly! From the moment we walked in, her warm and welcoming nature immediately put us at ease — which meant everything for my 8-year-old's very first eye exam. Dr. Pouw was incredibly kind and thorough throughout the entire visit. One thing that really stood out was her professionalism in confirming our insurance coverage upfront. It turned out she doesn't currently accept VSP, but rather than letting us get to the end of the appointment with an unexpected bill, she caught it early and was completely transparent about it. We appreciated that so much that we decided to stay — and we're so glad we did! Her team even went above and beyond by filing the claim with VSP on our behalf. The visit was smooth, stress-free, and so well organized that my daughter walked out the same day with her new glasses! All in all, it was a seamless and delightful experience. If you're looking for an eye doctor who genuinely cares about her patients, Dr. Pouw is your person!
I love my annual eye exams with Dr. Cindy Pouw! She is so friendly and great at explaining the different tests during the exam. If you are looking for a place to have a seamless, clean, efficient exam I highly recommend going to her!
