I was visiting Palo Alto and one of my nose pieces broke. I asked a friend and she suggested California Ave Optometry. When I arrived, Jessica welcomed me and directed me to Emily, who was able to assist me. Not only did Emily fix the broken one, she replaced the other one too so they would match. I appreciate the quick and excellent service I received. It made wearing my glasses more comfortable for the rest of my visit. Thank you!! Emily and Jessica!

Jessica and Emily were beyond helpful when my daughter was traveling with her college sport team and had to replace her contacts in an emergency situation in order to compete that same night! Jessica and Emily were able to fill a script that would do the job immediately and my daughter was able to focus on her game instead of not having contacts! Jessica was so sweet! I flew across the country and forgot my contact lenses and she gave me some for free! The sweetest most understanding person. They took care of me very quickly!
