So warm and welcoming! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The optometrist Dr. Zhang was equally wonderful: patient, friendly AND funny! It's rare to find a healthcare office where the entire staff just radiates genuine warmth. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor who actually makes the experience enjoyable!
I always receive such good care at Eye Lite Optometry. Dr Audrey Chu gave me a thorough exam and listened to my particular concerns. They also helped me select a frame that fit my face up front and took care of all my insurance. They make it easy peasy.
The staff were the most professional and fun people I have ever worked with. The technology was cutting edge and more advanced than my prior eye exams. The high quality frames were unbeatable.
Great new and advanced devices, services are top notch, people are friendly. There are also a good selection of frames. However, there online appointment system does not work, tried a few times and every time the appointment end up getting cancelled. I even started looking for other options because of this, but eventually came back to them due to the previous good experience I had with them. But honestly I hope they fix their online appointment system.
I've been so so impressed by my experience with EyeLite. Everyone is so friendly and professional and a true expert. I'd never been able to put in contact lenses before and Hannah's patience and skill made it possible! So grateful to this whole team for managing my husband's and my eye care
