I’ve been coming here every year for my annual eye exam and prescription update, and it’s always been a great experience. Even though I live in San Jose, I still make the drive because I know I’ll be well taken care of. The staff is always friendly, appointments are on time, and the optometrist never makes me feel rushed. Dr. Neufeld always take the time to answer my questions and explain everything. I’ve also bought a few pairs of glasses here over the years. Quynh at the front desk is always so helpful and makes sure my glasses fit comfortably before I leave. She takes the time to adjust them until they feel just right, which I really appreciate. From check-in to check-out, everything is easy and organized. Highly recommend~

My fiancée recommended Los Altos Optometry to me and I’ve had a really good experience here. I’ve seen both Dr. Tran and Dr. Neufeld and they’ve both been great. They’re knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and explain everything clearly. The office is always clean and well organized. I also appreciate that they wipe down all the machines before you use them. The staff is friendly and efficient, and my appointments are always on time so I never have to sit around waiting. Everything is pretty straightforward from check-in to the exam. Would definitely recommend this place.

I cannot recommend Los Altos Optometric Group enough. I first saw them for an emergency appointment back in March while just visiting the Bay Area, and their team went above and beyond to fit me in the very next day. From that first visit, I was impressed. Dr. Tran not only diagnosed an issue I had been suffering with for a while, but he also followed up the next day with an email to check on me. He gave me clear guidance and next steps. As someone who wasn't even his regular patient yet, this truly meant the world. Since then, I've moved to the area and returned for my persistent dry eye issues. The quality of care has been consistently exceptional. Dr. Tran has gone out of his way to help me, even ensuring he had special equipment and samples of new drops for my visits. After seeing several other optometrists who left me feeling unheard, Dr. Tran's empathetic approach has made me feel genuinely listened to and understood. I am finally getting the care I truly need. He will think of your best interest at heart and will make sure all of your needs are met.
