Had a thorough eye exam at LensCrafters at Macy's in Stanford Shopping Center. My questions were answered, the care, thoughtfulness & concern for my wellbeing from all staff was so kind. Def returning for future exams. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kiang was wonderful. She really listened to me and made sure the prescription was right. I had a bad experience somewhere else and found Dr. Kiang to be everything the other was not. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm really happy to have a doctor I know I can trust and come back to for my future appointments.

My experience with Dr. Yih-Hua Helen Kiang was overall quite pleasant. Scheduling was easy, I was very happy I could get an appointment later in the day. Everyone who helped me was also very polite and helpful. I did feel like the eye exam was somewhat rushed and not as thorough as other optometrists I’ve been to. Also, communication like letting me know to bring my contact lens box to reference information and where in the Macy’s store this location was. Of topics COVID related, it was quite difficult to hear Dr. Yih-Hua Helen Kiang through a face mask and face shield with her very soft voice, but I did feel very safe with all the precautions being taken during my visit.
