Getting my eyewear adjusted was easy and uncomplicated. I was very pleased with the experience.

This optical place is a total mess, they are unprofessional. Second time I walk out without my glasses, a waste of time.

Love them here. They’re so kind, engaging, and fair. Recently tried Eyepic lower down Flatbush because it’s closer to where I moved to — but being used to the service at City Center Optical— I couldn’t stand their attitudes nor their prices. Got my money back quickly and came right back to City Center!

Generally very poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend you purchase glasses using insurance here because they will sell you substandard $30 frame and bill the insurance company for 4 times the price. An example is the frame Zimco Attitudes 47 frames that retail online for as low as $27.50 but Citu Center Optical will charge the insurer much higher and deliver a poor product to you. The representative was highly combative and condescending. Have purchased glasses from them previously, but am afraid it is the last time. There is far better, professional and more helpful service at other neighbourhood opticians. A little bit of kindness and customer service goes a long way in our neighborhood, but sadly you won’t find it at this store.
