Dr Whalen and her technician are very pleasant and thorough. As a “senior citizen” I am confident that Dr Whalen is my eye doctor and not just a tech writing scripts for lenses. Very professional and engaged in knowing my personal vision needs.

I had an amazing first-time vision check-up thanks to Alexis and Dr. Whalen here at City Eye. Alexis was incredibly welcoming, patient and informal during the initial screenings, explaining every test clearly. Upon meeting Dr. Whalen I felt very welcome and put at ease. Going over the images of my eyes, she provided insight and possible things I should look for moving forward. Overall she was so impressive, and provided a thorough eye exam. She even took the time to address some questions I had about my pigmentation in my eye. 10/10 Dr. Whalen! The combined professionalism and genuine care made my first eye exam experience very smooth, comfortable, and highly informative. I recommend them to anyone, especially new patients young and old. Thanks again for everything. 😁

Straight from booking the appointment online all the way through the end of the exam, this was the BEST optometrist visit I have ever had. The equipment is automated wherever possible. The team is personable, friendly, and fun. I highly recommend City Eye and now have a new Optometrist!

easy, quick & reliable! i was greeted by Alexis at the front & then followed with Grace as my optometrist. just within my first stop & first interaction with these lovely ladies they made me laugh & feel comfortable. 100% will be back!
