Renee was absolutely awesome. My frames broke. I took them in, and the exact version of my frames was not available. She tried a couple other types, and the lenses wouldn't fit. So, she broke out her tools to try to fix it even though none of us were very optimistic. She worked a miracle. These frames were badly damaged, and she fixed them after about a half hour of meticulous work. She even adjusted my frame to fit my head better also! And this was all free of charge, despite a lot of effort she put into it. Even though I wasn't able to give them a paying job today, they have earned our business forever. My wife, daughter, and I are now going to be lifelong customers. We just moved to this area. It is rare in business today that someone takes such great care and goes the extra mile, particularly when there is no monetary incentive. We will be back many, many times as a show of gratitude and because they truly earned our business. Thank you, Renee!

They didn’t charge me, they were just genuinely kind and happy to help. The customer service was honestly exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Renee was amazing! The second I walk in the door she immediately engaged in asking what I was inquiring and was helping me from the start. I told her I was there to get new glasses with my recently acquired prescription and she help me from start to finish. She asked me about my insurance and I was unable to find my VSP info and she spent the next 10 minutes to look it up for me. After finding the insurance info for me, I made a choice on frames and she provided all the information I needed to complete my order. Renee is an amazing employee and cannot thank her enough for finding my insurance info and helping make a decision on getting transition lenses. Absolutely an amazing experience! My wife will be seeing her too after her appointment with the eye Dr.
