City Eyeworks Optometry

My second year for using City Eye works for my annual exam and prescription. They are always friendly, on time, and thorough. Dr. Jessie Lee taks lots of time to explain and answer questions, and ensures that I am comfortable throughout. I left feeling that I had gotten a detailed exam and that she truly cared about getting it right. On leaving she told me to return if I had any questions about my glasses and they would definitely tweak it to make it as close to perfect as possible. The staff at the front desk is also friendly and helpful. Love this place. :-)

They are amazing, my doctor really seems to care about helping me see things, and gets so excited talking about glasses. Front desk staff also fantastic, I moved countries so I was no longer a client, but twice I called with requests about my old (difficult) prescription and they helped me immediately. Very efficient and accessible record keeping. Definitely 5 stars.

I haven’t worked in FiDi or Soma since before Covid, so I’ve been hopping around local optometrists each year and no one could compare to Dr. Szeto so I went full circle yesterday and went back! Parking was a pain, so I’ll have to leave earlier next time but other than that, no regrets! From catching up, to the exam, talking about my eye needs, to choosing frames and lenses. It’s the best optometrist experience! And not to mention getting in and out pretty quickly compared to other places! Winning!

Dr. Szeto is so diligent, year after year. She is great at explaining things that impact me and my eye health. And her office is amazing- great staff, excellent eyewear fashion advice (Bill! The best!). An all-around excellent experience!

I’ve been going to Dr Szeto for over a decade. She and her staff are wonderful!! I used to work in the City so they were right down the street. Now I work remote, but my husband and I love them so much, we have been traveling from San Rafael to the city for our exams for the past five years!
