I’m so happy to have found Longe Optical. Everyone, from the time I was greeted to the time I was out the door, was exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr Kennedy was more thorough with my exam and explanations than anyone I’ve ever seen in my 60 years. Very impressed. Highly recommend!

Im not someone who ever leaves a review but this needs to be talked about, when I first went in my appointment went great, I choose 2 frames one raybans and one from insurance. I went in to pick up my glasses and they said they never got a order for a second pair. I told them I promised I did and even pointed out the girl who I picked out my glasses with, she agreed I got 2 pairs but she put it in the system wrong. So she claimed to put a rush on them, I gave it 2 WEEKS to check if the glasses were in yet. Just for them to tell me the same thing, they didn't have a second pair paid for? I told them it was covered by insurance then put up a argument with me. I talked to the manager and they told me the same thing about the money. I told them money was never a problem but if i picked out 2 frames I want my 2 frames whether insurance did cover it or not. Made my life HELL. And when I finally got the second pair they made me pay for they didn't have an order for the contacts I had ordered as well because the first pair they gave me were the wrong prescription. And when they took 30 minutes trying to "find them" I said just give me the glasses I really dont have time for this the women up front gave me the worst additude and took my money without a sorry in sight. Lodge optical is just so money hungry and doesn't treat patients with insurance with ANY respect.
Worst experience ever - I've been in 5 times to get the glasses to fit and they fall off my face a day later. I also tried many times to get contacts... First off - they don't seem to have data about what contacts the dr gave me first that worked so well. Since that first visit they send me home with contacts that just aren't for me - it was many times... Finally I just asked for my money back. Grace is who I worked with and it was so frustrating if it matters...
The customer service here is top notch! Dr. Weaver is very down to earth and treats you like a friend while accurately checking your eyes. He is a lovely doctor with perfect bedside manner! The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the glasses are too expensive.
I have been here up to 2 years, and I’ve had a great experience each time. The place is always clean and organized. Additionally, the people are always kind and willing to help. The employee directing people to the room for their eye scans was so cheerful! They handled and explained to guests very well! My two complaints and suggestions would be appointment policies. I was very surprised to be welcomed by a very sick person at the location in the late morning. They were red face, nose clogged, and even scratched themselves? Also, what is this immodesty to do the scratching and adjusting shoes in front of a customer? Lastly, I stayed an abnormally extra half hour waiting to pay. It seemed the person struggled to tell me what the expenses (appointment, contacts, frames, etc) due to no one else being available to answer the phones. The person did apologize, but I do not think it’s necessarily their fault. The company needs to fix their online appointment page. I had to call for an appointment after waiting almost a full week for feedback on their online application.
