I’m so happy to have found Longe Optical. Everyone, from the time I was greeted to the time I was out the door, was exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr Kennedy was more thorough with my exam and explanations than anyone I’ve ever seen in my 60 years. Very impressed. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever - I've been in 5 times to get the glasses to fit and they fall off my face a day later. I also tried many times to get contacts... First off - they don't seem to have data about what contacts the dr gave me first that worked so well. Since that first visit they send me home with contacts that just aren't for me - it was many times... Finally I just asked for my money back. Grace is who I worked with and it was so frustrating if it matters...
Pretty nice facility and the doctors are great. Very high-end equipment. They seem to have the cutting edge of everything. I was very happy with my eye exam. Picking out glasses wasn’t terribly easy with the young lady who was assigned to me. For various reasons, it was not comfortable. However, I made the mistake of talking my wife into coming here. She had her eye exam which went well because the doctors are good. However, the wheels fell off when she went to order her contacts. We’re used to it taking about two weeks to get her contacts because they’re relatively complex prescriptions. We are at 2 1/2 months now and we still don’t have the contacts. My wife has called twice and gone in once. Every single time all she gets are excuses and a dismissive attitude. I told her she needs to ask for the manager and she did. Unfortunately, the manager came out and gave the same excuses as the employees. My wife asked her to call the manufacturer to find out what’s going on. The manager refused. She said “we don’t call the manufacturers“. She blew my wife off and told her to give it another 10 days. She did this with absolutely no information at all. Unfortunately, it took me calling and being more assertive to get the situation rectified.
The customer service here is top notch! Dr. Weaver is very down to earth and treats you like a friend while accurately checking your eyes. He is a lovely doctor with perfect bedside manner! The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the glasses are too expensive.
I have been here up to 2 years, and I’ve had a great experience each time. The place is always clean and organized. Additionally, the people are always kind and willing to help. The employee directing people to the room for their eye scans was so cheerful! They handled and explained to guests very well! My two complaints and suggestions would be appointment policies. I was very surprised to be welcomed by a very sick person at the location in the late morning. They were red face, nose clogged, and even scratched themselves? Also, what is this immodesty to do the scratching and adjusting shoes in front of a customer? Lastly, I stayed an abnormally extra half hour waiting to pay. It seemed the person struggled to tell me what the expenses (appointment, contacts, frames, etc) due to no one else being available to answer the phones. The person did apologize, but I do not think it’s necessarily their fault. The company needs to fix their online appointment page. I had to call for an appointment after waiting almost a full week for feedback on their online application.
