West Point Optical Group Inside Pearle Vision

First I want to say Dr. Fraser deserves a 5-star review. She is really great. Pearle Vision has very strange accounting practices and the customer has to pay what they estimate to be your portion up front. If there is an overpayment after the insurance has paid, they do NOT refund the money. Unless you ask for an itemized statement, they don't even tell you if you have a credit, and then you have to wait until the following year to get that credit applied. The amounts also do not match up. I have been going to Pearle Vision for years, but the overpayment issue has really become a problem in the last couple of years, after going through the statements and my receipts. I will not be going back to Pearle Vision, and I really hate losing Dr. Fraser, but I can't deal with their accounting methods anymore. I will be contacting corporate and appropriate agencies regarding the accounting and not refunding overpayments.

First of all the environment is very clean . Secondly the people that we met were very friendly and professional. They greatly welcomed us with smile . They were ready to help us . They made us feel good and relaxed before we even see the Doctor . The eyes doctor is very knowledgeable she knows her job well detail and friendly. I really love this place and l highly recommended this PEARLE Vision location to everyone.

Dr. Michelle Fraser and the ladies at the office were wonderful when I visited for my eye and contacts exam. The too positive attributes to describe them; professional, thorough, friendly, accommodating and efficient. The vision exam images were explained to me well. The visit was not rushed. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed.

Dr. Michelle Fraser is a great combination of warm and professional. She completed my eye exam on a Saturday afternoon in December 2025. Although l was one of many people trying to use their benefits before year end, Dr. Fraser and and her staff provided attentive service. As many reviewers have pointed out, the selection of frames is small and the prices are expensive, but l was able to pick a product within my price range. If you are going to purchase frames and lenses online, you want to have confidence in your prescription, and you will have that if Dr. Fraser performs your exam.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The optometrist was very nice and informative about my eye health. They also have a very good selection of eye glasses and brands to choose from. I am very pleased with the attention they provide to their customers.
