The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. As someone who works with doctors on a daily basis, I have to say that my doctor did an excellent job in explaining everything he was doing every step of the way. Though to reiterate, the entire staff was great, I have to say that Wendy was especially helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be back for my next eye appointment.
Michelle and Wendy and Lan were very helpful. They made my experience great. Michelle was very helpful when it came to choosing the perfect pair of glasses that would suet me. Wendy and Lan provided great customer service at all times. Everyone was vey caring and friendly.
Dr. Saria Iqbal was friendly and thorough. I appreciated that the appointment was not rushed. She took her time assessing my prescription and explaining my optic image. Will be recommending her to friends and family.
Professional, personable, and efficient staff. All procedures were explained clearly and completed quickly. Sales associate, Lan, helped with frames and appropriate discounts/insurance reimbursement.
Dr. Saria Iqbal was excellent by taking her time in examining my eyes. I am very satisfied with her careful, detailed and professional investigational exam. It was my first exam with with Dr. Iqbal, but she is the best among those who examined my eyes in the past.
