Clarity Eyecare

I was really happy with the overall Customer Service at Clarity during my annual check up today. Kelly was super informative and friendly as she did the initial testing, explaining to me what she was doing at each step. Dr. Scott, as always, was friendly and casual, but to the point and professional. A total THUMBS UP!

Our family of five has been coming to Clarity Eyecare for years, and every single visit has been exceptional! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about each patient. They go above and beyond to make both kids and adults feel comfortable, and they always take the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. Dr. Scott is our favorite as he is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough. Scheduling is easy, appointments run smoothly, and the level of customer service is second to none. It’s not often that a healthcare provider can make eye appointments something our whole family actually enjoys, but Clarity Eyecare does exactly that. We would highly recommend Clarity Eyecare to anyone looking for top-notch service and compassionate care.

I like Dr. Scott Collings and the other staff at Clarity Eyecare In Grinnell. He has always explained things clearly to me, and he never pressures me to get new frames or lenses if they aren’t needed. The other staff are friendly and helpful, as well. I’m confident that I’m getting good care.

Clarity Eyecare is the best place in my opinion. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. Dr. Scott makes sure that you are well-informed and reassures you about anything you may have going on. I feel well cared for there and will definitely continue to use them for my eyecare.
